Job Summary:

">

We're seeking a skilled Diagnostic Account Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales force, you'll be responsible for managing and expanding existing accounts, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Full revenue responsibility, including forecasting and target performance achievement">
  • Act as a trusted partner and advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on our products and services">
  • Manage and drive the development of customer accounts, including strategic account management and post-sales implementation process">
  • New product and menu expansion targeting and sales support">
  • Prepare and execute regular customer business reviews">
  • Manage routine renewals of base business accounts and negotiate long-term contracts">
  • Implement new assays and provide ongoing training and coaching to customers as requested">
  • Oversee progress of cross-functional implementation team (post-sale) with project manager">

Requirements:

">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required">
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Biomedical Engineering is preferred">
  • Minimum of 1-3 years track record in the diagnostic industry with an emphasis on managing and expanding existing accounts, managing and improving customer relationships, and improving profitability of accounts">
  • Proven track record in a similar position supported by management and customer references">
  • Successful engagement with customers, specifically Business Management and key stakeholders">
  • Excellent product and industry knowledge">
  • Strong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics">
  • Strong solution selling and relationship building skills">
  • Excellent communication skills">
  • Ability to identify and drive resolution of issues">
  • Long-term, strategic focus on account">
  • Candidates must be fluent in local language and English; additional languages are advantageous">

Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
