DSCOVR is a dynamic and rapidly growing company seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Manager to join its team. The selected person will play a key role in identifying and qualifying leads and ultimately growing the company's revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and prospecting: actively seek out new business opportunities using research and prospecting strategies to identify potential customers.
  • Initial Contact: establish communication with prospects to set up meetings.
  • Product DEMO: conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients by identifying their needs and proposing solutions.
  • Client Management: support clients in the use of agreed products and services and cultivate the client relationship for re-selling, up-selling and cross-selling activities.

Requirements:

  • French fluency is a must.
  • An attitude in sales or customer service roles.
  • Passion for technology and Saas platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • A strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The position offered is a full-time permanent contract, with compensation in line with your experience and market values.
