Key Responsibilities:- Enter orders received from customers/subsidiaries via standard PO or Configurator
- Plan the production of required equipment
- Monitor the progress of production orders
- Guarantee compliance with commercial conditions
- Resolve return shipments and non-conformities
- Provide customer support
- Issue invoices and credit/debit notes
- Ensure goods collection and logistics documentation
- Monitor customer credit situation
- Degree in Foreign Languages and/or Economics
- 3-4 years of experience in Sales Administration
- Client Service Orientation
- Excellent knowledge of English and a second language (German a plus)
- Precision and accuracy
- Risk Analysis Problem solving
- Planning Organization
- Knowledge of SAP management and Microsoft Office
