Job Title: Customer Service Specialist - Order Processing

FAAC Technologies, a global leader in access automation, parking systems, and access control, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter orders received from customers/subsidiaries via standard PO or Configurator
  • Plan the production of required equipment
  • Monitor the progress of production orders
  • Guarantee compliance with commercial conditions
  • Resolve return shipments and non-conformities
  • Provide customer support
  • Issue invoices and credit/debit notes
  • Ensure goods collection and logistics documentation
  • Monitor customer credit situation
Competences and Requirements:
  • Degree in Foreign Languages and/or Economics
  • 3-4 years of experience in Sales Administration
  • Client Service Orientation
  • Excellent knowledge of English and a second language (German a plus)
  • Precision and accuracy
  • Risk Analysis Problem solving
  • Planning Organization
  • Knowledge of SAP management and Microsoft Office
