Customer Service Specialist

FAAC Technologies, a global leader in access automation, parking systems, and access control, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist - Order Processing to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter orders received from customers/subsidiaries via standard PO or Configurator;
Plan the production of required equipment;
Monitor the progress of production orders;
Ensure compliance with commercial conditions in sales contracts;
Resolve return shipments, non-conformities, and delivery delays;
Provide customer support;
Issue invoices and credit/debit notes in compliance with regulations;
Ensure goods collection and logistics documentation;
Monitor customer credit situations.

Competences and Requirements:

Degree in Foreign Languages and/or Economics;
3-4 years of experience in Sales Administration;
Client and Service Orientation;
Excellent knowledge of English and a second language (German preferred);
Precision and accuracy;
Risk Analysis and Problem Solving;
Planning and Organization;
Knowledge of SAP management and Microsoft Office.
