Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing customer needs, creating new business opportunities for Comarch, and building direct contacts with potential new clients. This will involve preparing and running meetings with new and existing clients, including C-level executives, as well as negotiating contracts in coordination with the legal team.

In addition, the Enterprise Growth Strategist will be responsible for day-to-day management of new accounts from the Italian region and serving as the voice of the customer within internal structures. A key aspect of this role is the ability to work effectively in a multinational environment, communicating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong understanding of healthcare systems, services, and regulatory environments, as well as excellent verbal and written communication capabilities. Experience in software and/or hardware selling to medical facilities is highly valued, as is a charismatic and optimistic approach to work.
