We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Enterprise Growth Strategist (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
- Onboard new corporate clients of our platform to ensure they are 100% up and running
- Craft high-level onboarding documentation such as user guides, videos, training materials etc.
- Identify client growth opportunities and hit upselling targets
- Monitor and report existing and potential threats to maintain our 0 churn rate
- Define Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead
- Work with the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
- Proactively propose actions, strategies and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth
- Fluent level of English and native level of Italian, any other language between Spanish / French / Portuguese / German / Dutch is a plus
- 1+ year experience working in a B2B account management/customer success role
