We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Enterprise Growth Strategist (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your role at BizAway
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
  • Onboard new corporate clients of our platform to ensure they are 100% up and running
  • Craft high-level onboarding documentation such as user guides, videos, training materials etc.
  • Identify client growth opportunities and hit upselling targets
  • Monitor and report existing and potential threats to maintain our 0 churn rate
  • Define Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead
  • Work with the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
  • Proactively propose actions, strategies and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth
Requirements
  • Fluent level of English and native level of Italian, any other language between Spanish / French / Portuguese / German / Dutch is a plus
  • 1+ year experience working in a B2B account management/customer success role
