Key Responsibilities:- Aid in the sizing, installation, maintenance, and operation of all technological resources, ensuring timely and continuous delivery of technical support services.
- Provide technical support for the entire range of Sensormatic products, both in customer facilities and internal staff.
- Develop new solutions and test them, preparing manuals and product guides.
- Execute technical support functions to the systems of the organization and the services offered by the company, as required.
- Resolve and attend to incidents and breakdowns (Level 2).
- Assist field technicians in the installation and maintenance of installed technologies, according to business strategies.
- Analyze new product launches, validate, implement, and train teams in product deployments.
- Implement complex solutions for the end customer.
- Visit customer facilities during the installation and commissioning phase of the different installed technologies, providing on-site customer training.
- Communicate with HQ and factories for the resolution of technical product incidents, reporting any failure, technical, operational, or security anomaly.
- Technical education, such as vocational upper secondary qualification in electronics, information technology & communications, electrical engineering, or automation technology.
- Previous technical experience in Electronics Security Systems, especially EAS and RFID Technology.
- English, Good Level.
