Job Title: Field Technical Support Engineer III

Johnson Controls is seeking a highly skilled Field Technical Support Engineer III to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Innovative EAS and RFID solutions to our main retail customers worldwide.
  • Aid in the sizing, installation, maintenance, and operation of all technological resources.
  • Develop new solutions and testing, and prepare manuals and product guides.
  • Execute technical support functions to the systems of the organization and the services offered by the company.
  • Resolution and attention to incidents and breakdowns.
  • Assist field technicians in the installation and maintenance of installed technologies.
  • Analysis of new product launch, validation, implementation, and training of teams in product deployments.
  • Implementation of complex solutions for the end customer.
  • Visit to customer facilities during the installation and commissioning phase of the different installed technologies.
  • Communication with HQ and factories for the resolution of technical product incidents.
Requirements:
  • Technical education, for example, vocational upper secondary qualification in electronics, Information technology & communications, electrical engineering, or automation technology.
  • Previous technical experience in Electronics Security Systems, especially EAS and RFID Technology.
  • English, Good Level.
