The Role

As a Senior Account Partner, you will be responsible for managing your territory, building strong relationships with customers and prospects, and promoting Veeva solutions to support the digital transformation of Consumer Goods and chemicals industries in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and R&D.

You will be accountable for the full sales cycle, from identification to closing deals, and will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. You will work closely with marketing, strategy, and solution consultants to define key actions to close new opportunities at net new customers and expand our customer base.

To support you in your daily work, Product Experts, Solutions Consultants, and Industry Market Owners will be part of your sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities for existing or new customers
  • Collaborate with your Account team (Strategy, Marketing, Solution Consultant) to develop an Account plan
  • Closing new business on your territory
  • Manage complex sales cycles from start to finish
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports in the CRM
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional experience in SaaS, managing complex sales cycles with a proven track record
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and tenacity
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strategic sales abilities to navigate accounts and opportunities
  • Ability to manage time and priorities
  • Team player, able to handle accountability and direction
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • BA or BS Degree
  • Fluent English and French is desired
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, and Chemicals is desirable but not required
