About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Sealed Air. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction in Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Complaint Handling: Champion the handling of customer complaints and ensure that quality and processing time objectives are achieved.
  • Problem Analysis: Provide a clear and complete description of the problems faced by our customers, based on researching why the customer is not satisfied with the current solution.
  • Root Cause Identification: Address the problems to the appropriate people in our organization to identify the real causes and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Customer Support: Remain in constant contact with our customers to provide them with the necessary support and quality responses, ensuring the effectiveness of our actions.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze complaints trends within the area of responsibility and proactively visit customers to identify and propose improvement actions.

You will work closely with sales, applications, technicians, and manufacturing departments in Europe, and will travel regularly to our customers and to our European manufacturing sites.

Requirements
  • Education: Ideally Master of Science or Technology or equivalent practical experience and first experience in the food or packaging industry, preferably in a quality department.
  • Skills: Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and team spirit. Good technical understanding, analytical skills, and the ability to make complex facts understandable to others.
  • Personal Qualities: Autonomous, precise, tenacious, persistent, and resilient.
  • Travel: Regular trips are expected to our customers (30% of the time on average).
