Regional Sales Director Italy and Mediterranean Region

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Italy, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and profitability for our Johnson Controls Security Products, Access control and Video brands in the region.

SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThis role will have a significant impact on growing our business further in the region. As the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for:
- Developing strong partner relationships with internal and external partners to drive sales
- Negotiating pricing and conditions with partners on specific projects
- Organizing partner events and attending trade shows to promote our portfolio
- Gathering and analyzing market, partner, and competitor data to identify new business opportunities
- Liaising with key players in the decision-making process
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Experience in the Security industry
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
- Fluent communicator in English, with native Italian language skills
