The Role Summary

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR business partner services for our clients and their employees. This includes taking ownership of all global HR issues, providing case-by-case HR advisory services, and delivering accurate documentation to our clients and their prospective employees.

Key Responsibilities

➢ Process employee relations queries from clients and deployed employees according to relevant country laws and build ongoing relationships through provision of expertise and coaching on specific scenarios.
➢ Support terminations scenarios across all territories, including dismissal, redundancy, performance, capability/long term sick, and maternity/paternity queries.
➢ Manage long-term sick cases in line with country laws.
➢ Provide support for poor performance, including attending performance meetings and giving options that address client requirements while limiting liability.
Full contract management and deployee life-cycle support:
➢ Ensure covering letters are correct and read professionally.
➢ Manage document templates and assume responsibility for drafting, issuing, and revising compliant contracts and supporting documentation with zero drop-off rate.
➢ Review cost to employ calculations and create client payment schedules.
➢ Liaise with partner countries to ensure consistent service levels and maintain high standards of service delivery.
➢ Draft contract addendums, extensions, and additional documentation as required and compliantly to meet client requirements and employment law in each country.
➢ Review requests for additional clauses and advise on potential costs and enforceability.
➢ Draft resignation acknowledgment letters and support low-volume resign and rehire situations by creating supporting documentation.
Collaboration:
➢ Work with a global team, engaging and collaborating with colleagues in other business functions.
➢ Support the Global HR Manager, Client Relationship Managers, and onboarding teams by raising and advising on all HR matters for clients, employees, and directors.
➢ Continuously update standard operating procedures and country guidelines outlining contractual rules and statutory provisions for internal use.
➢ Liaise with Internal Legal and Compliance for advice on complex issues.
➢ Assist sales and client success teams by answering queries from potential clients or current clients seeking additional services.

Salary Information

This is a competitive salary role with an estimated annual compensation of $85,000 - $110,000 based on industry standards and location.
