Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative on our hotel front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable stay with us. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check-in and check-out hotel guests efficiently
  • Process all payments accurately
  • Assist guests with room requests and amenities
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 1-year experience in a similar position in a hotel or resort
  • Fluency in English; other languages are preferred
