We are looking for an experienced administrative professional to join our team at Headquarters as Administrative Support Specialist."Our ideal candidate has a background in office administration or a related field and experience with common office equipment. They should be able to multitask and handle multiple requests from different individuals and departments. The successful candidate will demonstrate self-organization skills, meticulousness, and attention to detail. A strong motivation and ability to anticipate needs is essential."In this role, you will be responsible for managing regular compliance tasks, including those indicated by the Legal team. This includes renewing licenses and ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date. You will also manage small purchases and related accounting and admin tasks, including petty cash management."- "
