About the Role:
Hangar Design Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Business Developer / Sales Manager to join our international team in Milan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and increasing our existing client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively search for new potential customers through constant and careful monitoring, creating a new network of contacts
- Define and implement commercial strategies aimed at acquiring new clients, proposing and suggesting functional solutions to achieve the client's objectives
- Create ad hoc communications and proposals to strengthen the commercial proposition of our services
- Develop market analyses and new activities aimed at acquiring new business opportunities
- Prepare quotes and commercial offers up to contracting, managing all necessary back office activities
- Ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative targets
- Monitor customer satisfaction on a regular basis, taking notes and sharing a periodic report with company management
- Develop proposals, presentations, quotes, marketing plans, and timelines
- Coordinate and manage accountment activities, finding customers and developing new business opportunities
- Coordinate the creative team, in collaboration with the Creative Director
Requirements:
- Experience as New Business Developer in Communication Agencies
- Strong fixed targets orientation
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both in a team and on your own
- Flexibility and organisational skills
- Degree in marketing, economics, communication sciences
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of the Adobe Suite (especially Photoshop and Indesign)
- Understanding and use of digital activities
- Skills in simultaneously managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
- Problem-solving and creativity
