Senior Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Representative to join our team at Rosie's People. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in business development, sales, or client relations, ideally within the beauty sector.
As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching key stakeholders in beauty and pharmacy retail outlets across Europe. Your primary goal will be to introduce high-quality skincare and beauty products from trusted partners and build relationships with retailers and decision-makers to secure product placement in stores.
You will negotiate terms and ensure smooth onboarding of products into retail channels. Additionally, you will provide feedback on market trends and opportunities to refine strategies. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to maintain a database of clients and partnerships, ensuring excellent follow-up and customer care.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong understanding of the European beauty and skincare market
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French, German, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus
- An existing network of buyers in the industry (a significant bonus)
In return, we offer a competitive statutory base salary plus a generous commission structure based on successful orders placed. You will also enjoy flexible remote working arrangements, covering a diverse and exciting European market.
