About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team based in Milan. As a key player in our sales and marketing strategy, you will target Italian account decision-makers to achieve set revenue goals. If you are a results-driven individual with strong sales and negotiation skills, this role offers the chance to be at the forefront of our expansion.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Perform B2B mapping, cold calling, and outreach on named accounts in Italy
  • Track personal sales activities in CRM and conduct detailed customer persona research before initial contact
  • Organize product demos for Field Sales with qualified prospects and proactively initiate communication, build rapport, and maintain active engagement with prospects
  • Collect information and feedback on prospects guiding them through the qualification process and help coordinate offline and online events, distributing content from the M&A Community
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits. Our remote-first model allows you to work from anywhere, and we provide a home office setup budget. You will also receive a high-end laptop, monitor, and other IT equipment needed. Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a fast learner with strong sales and negotiation skills, who can successfully coordinate outreach activities and demos set up. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • c.2+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales within the SaaS industry
  • Proven success in achieving sales metrics and year-over-year quota
  • Strong business communication skills in English and Italian (native)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of effective sales techniques and ability to build fast rapport
  • Familiarity with key players and market trends in the finance industry
