About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Next Generation Sales Academy team in Milan as an Inside Sales Associate. As a key member of our Inside Sales Account Manager team, you will play a critical role in driving customer interaction and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound sales activities, including cold calling, lead follow-up, sales qualifications, and offer extension to new and/or existing B2B enterprise customers.
- Develop effective Dell Technologies messaging while uncovering opportunities to be passed to Outside Account Executives and develop Account Management Skill Set.
- Maintain contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and help drive the expansion of Dell Technologies' footprint.
- Complete development curriculum to demonstrate core strengths needed to progress to Inside Sales role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or IT-related field.
- At least 6 months of full-time work experience.
- Drive, determination, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Passion for sales and technology.
