About the Role

Trespa, a leading innovator in architectural materials, seeks a highly motivated Account Manager Façade to drive business forward and shape its future.

Job Description
  • Support project business in North Italy by coordinating projects with architects, designers, large contractors, and decision makers to close sales.
  • Develop and execute yearly sales growth plans for the area aligned with country objectives and Trespa's Commercial Excellence principles.
  • Promote Trespa products to target groups based on benefits & value, driving volume sales growth through optimized value propositions.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in specification sales and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong communication, networking, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated consultative or value-based selling experience.
  • Business acumen with the ability to implement strategies effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
Additional Details
  • $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
  • Frequent travel (60% - 80% of time) with works from a home-office setting.
