A Competitive Salary and Benefits PackageWe offer a performance-based salary, ranging from €45,000 to €60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive health insurance (Metasalute) and meal vouchers, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Italian Team, HR, Finance, Procurement, and other departments with administrative tasks.
- Manage procedures, administration, and organizational processes with the Country Manager and Italian Team Leaders.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and internal communication initiatives.
- Conduct reception tasks, manage office stock, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with supplier contracts, facility issues, and employee onboarding and offboarding.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in administration or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English, with Chinese being a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of modern archiving and documentation methods.
