Job Title: New Business Manager for International Sellers

Job Summary:

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled New Business Manager to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our international seller business, you will be responsible for recruiting and launching successful sellers on Amazon's third-party marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and launch strategic retailers to sell on Amazon's European marketplaces
  • Define and improve strategies for recruiting new sellers
  • Set up sellers for success, delivering new business growth

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a related professional background
  • Fluency in Italian and English. Additional competency in Spanish, French, or German is advantageous though not essential
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related degree required
  • Demonstrated track record of success in account management, product marketing or management consulting roles
