We are currently seeking a

Retail Sales Specialist / In-Store Consultant - Piemonte & Liguria (f/m/d) (100%)

This position offers a remarkable chance to become part of an international and vibrant work culture within one of the leading intimate apparel companies worldwide. In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee significant clients and take charge of your daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing current customer Point of Sales within the designated area (Piemonte & Liguria)
  • Initiating new Point of Sales (particularly in the Lazio region)
  • Building strong relationships with key accounts in your area, collaborating effectively with In-Store Decision Makers
  • Negotiating local promotional and marketing initiatives with Point of Sales Decision Makers to enhance Sloggi's market visibility
  • Managing in-store merchandising activities and assisting In-Store Decision Makers with operational tasks such as inventory management and display redesign, ensuring adherence to corporate/category standards
  • Processing order entries accurately to reflect customer requirements and providing timely updates on issues such as lost demand
  • Demonstrating keen market awareness through regular customer visits, tracking retail trends, and analyzing competitors' offerings
  • Responsible for delivering regular internal monthly reports to management to gain insights into market positioning and identify growth opportunities
  • Meeting established targets (Sales – Promotions – New Business)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • High School Diploma is essential; a Bachelor's Degree is a plus
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail sales within the GDO is strongly preferred
  • Residing in Marche or Abruzzo is necessary
  • Proficiency in Excel is required
  • Willingness to work in the field full-time
  • Good command of the English language
