**Posizione**:
La figura si dedicherà alle seguenti attività:

- Esecuzione del piano di campagne sui merchants attraverso contatti diretti, visite ed eventuali mailing
- Eventuale assegnazione ed implementazione del piano di attività eseguite da Freelancer a supporto dell'applicazione della politica commerciale
- Promozione dello sviluppo delle reti dei prodotti attraverso le soluzioni disponibili
- Supporto relazionale alla divisione IT per l'implementazione dei sistemi integrati
- Reportizza le attività sulle azioni di miglioramento revenues
- Monitoraggio attività
- Presa visione di reclami e/o chiarimenti di carattere amministrativo, di processo e di carattere tecnico

**Requisiti**:

- Conoscenza del settore della Grande Distribuzione e/o di ambiti Retail composti da numerosi punti vendita sul territorio
- Conoscenza delle logiche e delle dinamiche di vendita di Servizi
- Capacità di creare solide relazioni con i Merchants
- Capacità di ottenere risultati di vendita in contesti altamente competitivi
- Capacità analitiche e di razionalizzazione (utilizzo XLS e PPT)
- Reportizzare le attività svolte
- Esperienza nel gestire processi complessi con molteplici interlocutori (sia interni che esterni)
- Capacità di affrontare il cambiamento
- Capacità di individuare e dare valore alle priorità
- Capacità di gestione del tempo
- Gestione dello stress
- Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 3 anni
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Laurea oppure Diploma
