**JOB DESCRIPTION | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER**

**RES Synesis**, azienda del Gruppo RES in forte crescita, è alla ricerca di un/a Business Development Manager. La figura professionale cercata deve essere appassionata e ambiziosa, e avrà l’obiettivo di creare nuove opportunità di business per le linee operative dell’azienda. In questo ruolo la risorsa rappresenterà l’azienda nei confronti di clienti, lead e prospect, e si dedicherà a creare e mettere in pratica una strategia commerciale efficace. L’obiettivo è generare una crescita economica sostenibile, attraverso l’aumento delle vendite e la creazione di solide relazioni con i clienti.

Le responsabilità della risorsa saranno:

- Sviluppare una strategia di crescita basata sia sul guadagno economico che sulla soddisfazione dei clienti
- Condurre ricerche per identificare nuovi mercati e mappare i bisogni dei clienti
- Organizzare incontri con potenziali clienti
- Promuovere i servizi dell’azienda, rispondendo ai bisogni dei clienti o anticipandone gli obiettivi
- Preparare contratti di vendita, assicurando l’aderenza alle linee guida legali e aziendali
- Monitorare l’andamento delle vendite
- Fornire feedback affidabili e supporto nella fase post-vendita
- Costruire relazioni a lungo termine con clienti attuali e futuri

Il ruolo prevede l’inserimento nel team Commerciale di RES Synesis, azienda con un ambizioso piano industriale, con ottime prospettive di crescita.

**PROFILO | QUALI REQUISITI DEVI SODDISFARE**

Sono requisiti indispensabili:

- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza lavorativa in ambito Commerciale
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Buona conoscenza dei software CRM (ad esempio Salesforce)
- Conoscenza dell’ambito Information Technology
- Ottima dialettica, capacità di negoziazione e persuasione
- Forte propensione alle relazioni interpersonali e capacità di costruire e mantenere relazioni di business
- Attitudine proattiva e ambiziosa
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e di quella inglese

Costituiscono un plus:

- Conoscenza delle dinamiche tipiche delle società di Servizio
- Laurea, preferibilmente in ambito Economico con profilo Commerciale/di sviluppo Business
