Senior Sales Manager

Role Description: Following a 10 million euro fundraising, Otoqi aims to structure its sales team composed of 5 people to support growth in Italy and internationally. The Sales Team Lead will play a key role in managing the team and directly contributing to sales development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales & Account Management: Lead, train, and supervise the sales and Account management team in Italy.
- Sales Strategy: Define the sales strategy for the Italian market, in accordance with HQ guidelines, identifying key opportunities and developing targeted actions to maximize sales.
- Sales Optimization: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, participating in strategic negotiations, and continuously improving team performance.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive commercial approach and guarantee customer satisfaction.
Expected Outcomes:
- Achieving sales targets in Italy.
- Expanding the client portfolio and developing strategic business relationships.
- Continuous improvement of team performance with optimized sales cycles.
- High customer satisfaction, with strengthened retention rates.
Required:
- Strong sales experience: 6+ years, including at least 2 years in a sales management role) in a B2B environment
- Team management skills: Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate a sales team.
- Results-oriented: Strong capacity to meet and exceed sales targets while optimizing sales processes.
- Leadership and communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and guide the team, with a strong team spirit and positive influence.
- Strategic mindset and adaptability: Ability to analyze the market and adjust sales strategies based on evolving needs.
- Languages skills: Mandatory spoken/written English and Italian proficiency (C1).

- Comfortable with commercial management tools: to monitor and optimize team and sales performance.
