Strategic Account Manager for Smart Glass Solutions

As a Territory Sales Manager at Vision Systems, you will lead projects with top partners in the windows and partitions glazing industry and create new leads and business opportunities in the office design sector. This role enables you to develop your expertise in the expanding industry of windows, partitions, and smart design for offices while managing key accounts technology projects in an entrepreneurial start-up company environment.
Responsibilities- Be the primary point of contact for existing customers in Italy, France, Portugal, Spain, Benelux, and Scandinavia including Iceland.
- Collaborate closely with the partner network in the area, both Retrofit and Glass Processors.
- Follow up on Leads and find new opportunities, especially complete LCG (glass) projects.
- Develop Business and ensure that all customer orders follow procedure.
- Liaise with European team members, the technical department, project management, and marketing.
- Taken away years of experience in managing large office development projects in the office design industry.
- Proven experience in sales with a BSc or MSc in interior design/architecture or a similar degree/certification from a previous workplace indicating significant field experience.
- Fluent in English, Italian, French - Must have
- Experience in the commercial partitions industry Some experience in the Smart Glass Industry - Advantage
- A deep understanding of the office design industry and motivation to acquire new leads in that industry and different industries as well.
- Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision to produce great results with high ROI.
- Ability to present project on C-Level - Must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Great communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills are required
€60,000 - €80,000 per annum based on location and experience.
