As a Strategic HR Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success by developing and executing talent management strategies that align with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive associate engagement programs to foster a positive work environment and increase productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to address complex cases and integrate legislative shifts into HR policies.
  • Create people-centric plans to meet business demands through data-driven insights and a deep understanding of talent management.
  • Collaborate with management to build and execute recruitment, onboarding, training, and development initiatives.
  • Facilitate and manage the talent review process and succession planning to ensure business continuity.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance processes, employee engagement, and policy alignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of external practices, trends, and tools used in HR.
  • Fluent command of Italian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced knowledge of local labor law.
  • Ability to use analytical and experiential data for decision-making.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
