Strategic HR Business Development Manager

As a Strategic HR Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success by developing and executing talent management strategies that align with our company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive associate engagement programs to foster a positive work environment and increase productivity.
- Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to address complex cases and integrate legislative shifts into HR policies.
- Create people-centric plans to meet business demands through data-driven insights and a deep understanding of talent management.
- Collaborate with management to build and execute recruitment, onboarding, training, and development initiatives.
- Facilitate and manage the talent review process and succession planning to ensure business continuity.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance processes, employee engagement, and policy alignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent knowledge of external practices, trends, and tools used in HR.
- Fluent command of Italian and English, both written and verbal.
- Advanced knowledge of local labor law.
- Ability to use analytical and experiential data for decision-making.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
