We are seeking a highly skilled Network Managed Service Engineer L3 to join our team at NTT. As a key member of our global team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality operational services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex network tickets and conduct advanced troubleshooting tasks.
- Collaborate with customer's Network Operations team and Network Projects team to ensure seamless network services.
- Act as a senior network engineer, providing technical expertise and support to our clients.
- Investigate third-line support calls, identify root causes, and escalate issues to 3rd party vendors when necessary.
- Provide continuous feedback to customers and affected parties, and update all systems and portals as defined in service procedures and processes.
- Communicate with other teams for extended support and execute changes to infrastructure with clear identification of risks and mitigations.
- Monitor customer infrastructure, identify opportunities for work optimization, and produce trend analysis tickets reports.
- IT educational background.
- At least 5 years of experience in Network Operations environment with a medium/high complex infrastructure.
- Cisco Certification (CCNA/CCNP). Other certifications from main vendors (Check Point/Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, Vmware) are a plus.
- Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups.
- Able to maintain a positive outlook at work, adapt to changing circumstances, and work in a virtual and hybrid team.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving approach, strong customer-oriented attitude, and good knowledge of Italian and English (French is a plus).
- Available to travel abroad when required by the customer and be part of on-duty scheduling plan.
