Job Title: Senior Partner, Italy

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Partner in Italy. Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage Versatilist's operations in Italy, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Strategic Development: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and market presence in Italy.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality consulting services, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
  • Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base in the region.
  • Industry Representation: Represent Versatilist at industry events, conferences, and forums.

Qualifications: Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the consulting industry, with a track record of success. Strong understanding of the Italian market and business landscape, with a deep network of industry contacts. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
