About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Italian team in Milan. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting revenue growth by generating new sales opportunities primarily through outbound efforts in the Italian market, focusing on our Whistleblower Software product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales opportunities through outbound efforts in the Italian market, focusing on the Whistleblower Software product.
  • Identify, contact, and communicate with potential customers or partners to organize client meetings.
  • Operate as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers, building brand awareness towards our solutions and services.
  • Design and execute prospecting strategies to set up meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot.

Requirements and Expectations:

  • Native proficiency in Italian and professional proficiency in English.
  • Able to work 40 hours/week at the Milan office.
  • Strong drive and motivation, with a focus on achieving goals and results.
  • Responsible, positive, and self-starting, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with prospecting and generating leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or CRM tools (e.g. SalesForce and HubSpot).

The recruitment process includes a 15-minute online interview with the Talent Acquisition team, a 30-minute online interview with the Hiring Manager, an IQ test, and a 60-minute in-person final interview with the Hiring Manager and relevant stakeholders.
