About the Role:

This position plays a crucial role in enhancing sales in the retail channel in Lombardy and Piedmont regions. You will be part of a sales team of 18 people, working with prominent brands like MAPA, Spontex, PaperMate, Sharpie, and others.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage points of sale and negotiate secondary contributions">
  • Ensure product presence on shelves and compliance with promotions">
  • Develop and maintain the agreed product assortment">
  • Monitor competitor activities, including product presence and pricing">
  • Implement promotional areas and position point-of-purchase (POP) materials">
  • Process orders for direct delivery">
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners">

About You:

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a university degree or high school diploma. You should be fluent in Italian and have communicative English skills. A driving license and willingness to travel 90% of the time are also required.
