About the Role

Veeva's Sales Development Program (SDP) is a comprehensive track dedicated to developing talents into industry-leading Account Partners. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Veeva, you will be responsible for evangelizing Veeva to pharmaceutical companies in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to generate and qualify new leads and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance and close opportunities
  • Gain expertise in consulting, product, industry, and sales to become an industry-leading Account Partner
  • Learn and execute a consultative sales methodology
  • Research and develop a plan for breaking into assigned accounts
  • Partner closely with sales teams to advance and close opportunities over time
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right Veeva products and solutions
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Experience in Sales development in Technology and/or Life Sciences
  • Fluent in Italian, Spanish & English
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Team-first mentality with proven success
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative
  • BA or BS Degree (STEM, Economics, Accounting, etc.) with solid academic performance
  • Willingness to travel as needed (~25%)
  • Legally authorized to be employed in Spain or Italy without limitations or restrictions
Nice to Have
  • Experience in Consulting, Customer Success, or Project Management
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle
  • Experience in scientific research or in clinical trials-related topics
