Offerta
La figura ricercata, riportando al Sales Director Italy avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
- Sviluppare connessioni all'interno di account rilevanti già identificati nel mercato DC
- Acquisizione e cura dei clienti: mantenere la base clienti esistente e identificare e acquisire nuovi clienti
- Posizionare i prodotti dell'azienda nelle prime fasi di progetto
- Sviluppare specifiche insieme ai consulenti
- Negoziazioni tecniche e commerciali
- Preparazione di calcoli e preventivi, inclusi follow-up e chiusura dei contratti
- Identificare i contraenti di servizi locali già attivi nella regione e cooperare con loro
- Entrare a far parte dell'associazione italiana dei data center e ricoprire un ruolo attivo
- Responsabilità diretta del budget per le vendite / acquisizione ordini nei Data Center in Italia
- Generare un incremento degli ordini ricevuti e delle vendite
- Massimizzare la redditività e potenziare il cross-selling
- Sviluppare un business sostenibile e redditizio nel mercato verticale dei Data Center
- Sviluppare il business dei servizi all'interno dei siti esistenti
Competenze ed esperienza
Il/La candidata ideale ha maturato e consolidato una buona esperienza nello sviluppo del mercato Data Center
Ha una laura in Ingegneria Meccanica, chimica o titolo/esperienza equipollente.
Completano il profilo:
- Conoscenza di MS Office e utilizzo del CRM
- Intraprendenza
- Forte spirito collaborativo
- Attitudine e pensiero positivo
- Orientamento al cliente e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi
- Ottime skills relazionali e comunicative, persuasive e di negoziazione
- Capacità di interfacciarsi con interlocutori a diversi livelli
- Organizzazione sistematica del lavoro e elevata abilità di problem solving
