A distinguished opportunity to spearhead Sales efforts at Armani Hotel Milano as a seasoned Sales professional. We are seeking an exceptional sales expert with the ability to expand client relationships and drive revenue growth across designated segments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to assigned market territories, ensuring maximum revenue attainment and meeting budgeted targets.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to coordinate special arrangements for group events and evaluate group business opportunities to generate revenue from room bookings and catering services.
- Formulate and implement quarterly and annual action plans to guide sales activities and contribute actively to the annual Marketing Plan, including proposing territory sales expenses and travel budgets.
- Participate in essential sales, revenue, and strategy meetings, providing insights and updates as required.
- Maintain responsive and effective communication with potential and existing clients, reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English (and Italian preferred).
- Leverage automation tools, such as Opera, for efficient management of group business and optimize conversion rates to ensure revenue objectives are met and exceeded.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of three to five years of experience in a Sales Manager role or Sales Cluster, possessing excellent negotiation skills, strong decision-making abilities, and a creative approach to sales activities.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Opera, with a strong computer skills background. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in driving sales growth and developing key accounts.
