Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Chef de Partie Pastry to join our culinary team on board our luxurious cruise ships. As a key member of the pastry department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality desserts and pastries meet our guests' expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A upper secondary school diploma, preferably from a culinary school or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 years of supervisory experience in pastry, either onboard or in high-volume restaurants (over 500 seats) or 5-star hotels.
  3. An in-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP standards.
  4. A good command of the English language at B1 level.
