**About the Role**

Kraft Heinz seeks a results-driven sales leader to champion our iconic brands in Central Italy.

The role is based in Central Italy and reports into the Head of Trade Activation and Sellout. As a Sales Manager, you will lead a team of 10 people and drive the sell-out execution for our iconic brands.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive the development and implementation of the Perfect Store program across your territory.
  • Lead and mentor your team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Take ownership of leading in-store key accounts by setting challenging targets and providing skill development, coaching, and guidance.
  • Define execution priorities according to the overall sell-out strategy for the GDO channel and in line with company goals.

**Requirements:**

  • University Degree in a relevant field, such as Management, Economics, or Trade Marketing.
  • 5+ years of commercial experience within the GDO channel.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and drive results.
  • Fluent proficiency in Italian and English.
