Key Accounts Manager, Italy Rome

We're seeking a highly skilled Key Accounts Manager to join our Business Team in Italy. In this role, you'll build and nurture relationships with our top suppliers, shaping trade marketing strategy and leading operational setup.
What makes this role special?- Innovate: Launch new initiatives, onboard supply partners, expand offerings, and manage distribution-side partnerships.
- Cultivate: Develop relationships with supply partners and grow key accounts to scale them to higher revenues.
- Collaborate: Work with internal stakeholders and accounts to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and growth in sales & bookings.
- Analyze: Identify market trends and provide analysis to optimize business development and sales strategies.
- Native Italian and fluent English speaker, based in Italy (preferably Rome).
- 2-5 years in business development, sales, or key account management.
- Expertise in managing both external and internal stakeholders.
- Strong operational skills with a hands-on approach.
- Analytical, with excellent communication skills and a global mindset.
- Team player who thrives in diverse, multicultural environments.
- Experience with CRM systems and a willingness to learn new tools.
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum (based on location and experience). Bonus structure available.
