Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX Italy s.r.l. in a key role that will drive growth and profitability in the VMware by Broadcom portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and market share expansion in the data center and infrastructure software segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the VMware by Broadcom portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product launches and promotions.
- Provide sales support and training to internal sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell VMware by Broadcom solutions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any gaps or challenges.
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong background in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and market share expansion in the data center and infrastructure software segment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute business strategies and plans.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
