IC Resources is seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new and existing business across the region, as well as leading a small team of sales professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
* Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 6 years of experience in technical sales roles in the electronics industry
* Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or similar discipline
* Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English and Italian
